Crust:

2 cup flour
3/4 cup margarine
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup cold water

Filling:

1/2 cup sliced potatoes
1/4 tbsp. onion
1/4 lb. ground beef
Salt and pepper, to taste
3 thin slices butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix 9-inch pie crust shell. Put filling ingredients on half pie shell and fold other half over. Cut edges and crimp together. Bake about 45 minutes in 300-350 degree oven. Place pats of butter on top.

Note: You may add vegetables to the filling.
