2 frozen pie shells
2-3 raw potatoes, sliced thin
1 med. onion, sliced thin
1 lb. ground beef and pork, mixed well
Butter, salt and pepper, if desired

Directions:
Directions:
In deep-dish frozen pie shell, place the potatoes and onions. Top with the ground meat. Dot with butter and season with salt and pepper, if desired. Cover with second pie shell. Crimp edges together, poke several holes in top crust. Bake at 400 degrees for about one hour.
