9" graham cracker pie shell
14 oz.can sweetened condensed milk
3 - egg yolks
1/2 cup Nellie's & Joe's Key West Lime Juice

For fuller pie, double these ingredients.

Directions:
Directions:
Combine milk, egg yolks,and lime juice.
Blend until smooth.
Pour filling into pie shell and bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
Allow to stand 10 minutes before refrigerating.
Just before serving, top with whipped cream.

You can also top with meringue made from egg whites before baking & bake for 20 minutes until meringue is golden.
