1 1/2 lb. extra lean ground beef
1 (16 oz.) Stove Top Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1 1/4 c. water, divided
3/4 c. chopped onions
1 pkg. (8 oz.) fresh mushrooms, chopped
1 brown gravy envelope

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
Mix meat, stuffing mix, 1 1/4 cups of water, the onions and mushrooms until well-blended.
Shape into 6 oval patties.
Place on a cookie sheet.
Bake 25 minutes or until cooked through.
Meanwhile, prepare the brown gravy and serve over the patties.
