10 oz can of Rotel Original diced tomatoes and green chilies
1 normal tomatoe
3/4 red onion
4 cloves of garlic
1 large jalapeņo pepper

1/2 Cubanelle pepper
1 Bunche of cilantro

1/4 teaspoon of Oregano
1/2 teaspoon of Minced onion
1 tablespoons of Olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Add all ingredients into a blender or food processor and pulse untill desired consistency. I find that if you are using a blender, it is best to put the hard ingredients at the bottom of the blender so they get chopped better including: onion, 3 different types of peppers, and garlic. **when adding canned plum tomatoes and canes Rotel, try to use only half of the juice instead of all of it. If you poor all of the juice from the cans in then you can simply drain some of the liquid out of the salsa once the salsa has been puled in the blender. Do this until you get the desired consistency.
