Ingredients:  
3 lbs. carrots, 1/4" thick, cut on the diagonal
1/4 c. maple syrup
2 T. butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine carrots, syrup, butter, and 1/3 cup water in a pan. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer, partially covered, stirring once, until carrots are tender and the liquid is a glaze, 12-15 minutes.
