1 egg beaten
1 c. milk
1/2 c. ketchup
1/3 c. onion (chopped)

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Coat a loaf pan or 13x9 pan with cooking spray. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, crackers, egg, milk, 1/2 c ketchup, onion, salt, pepper and garlic powder. Mix together until thoroughly combined.
Pour the mixture into prepared pan, if you don't have loaf pan you can use 13x 9 and just mold the meat into a loaf shape. Place the pan on a baking sheet to catch and drips. Bake for 1 1/2 hours.
In a small bowl, combine 3/4 c. ketchup, brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce. Mix well. Spread half mixture evenly over meatloaf halfway through baking. Reserve the remaining for dipping or topping. Let meatloaf sit for 15 minutes before slicing and serving.
