3 tbsp, flour, sugar, milk, veg. oil along with 2 tbsp cocoa,1/4 tsp. baking powder, pinch of salt ,splash vanilla.

Mix together in mug, cook in microwave 90 sec. Cool 2-3min. Enjoy
