Ingredients:
Ingredients:
2 loaves frozen bread dough (I use Rhodes)
6 oz. sliced mozzarella cheese
5 c. spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw two loaves of bread dough. Divide each loaf into 5 parts. One at a time, roll each dough piece on a floured board or stretch with your hands, making ten 7" squares. Fold each dough square over a half a cheese slice to form a turnover, and pinch edges to seal.

Place each turnover in a small sandwich bag. Put 5 turnovers in a 1-gallon freezer bag. Can freeze spaghetti sauce also.

To prepare for serving, thaw sauce and heat. At the same time, take the amount of frozen turnovers needed out of bags and place them about 2" apart on a baking sheet sprayed with non-stick spray. Preheat oven to 350º. Bake about 15 minutes. Turnovers will be golden brown when done. Ladle sauce on top of turnovers and serve.
