1lb Chicken breast (cooked and cubed)
2 stalks of celery (diced)
1 sweet onion (diced)
1 granny smith apple (diced)
purple grapes (halved)
chopped pecans
Mayonnaise
salt/pepper
garlic powder (to taste)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook chicken and chop in to cubes. Place chopped chicken in a large bowl and add fruits and vegetables. If you like it sweeter you can add more apples and grapes. Add mayo until its creamy. Salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add pecans. Serve on Croissant rolls or crackers.
