4½ ounces cream cheese
1 cup butter or shortening
2 cups sifted flour
Strawberry preserve

2 inch round cookie cutter

Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Mix 4½ ounces of cream cheese and 1 cup butter or shortening. Add 2 cups of sifted flour.

Cut with 2 inch round cutter and roll into cornucopia by bringing rounded edges together letting them overlap and press gently to the shape of a lily.

Fill open part with a little strawberry preserve.

Bake at 375° about 15 minutes.
