4 cans Del Monte Spinach
1 6 ounce can mushroom crowns
6 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon flour
˝ cup milk
˝ teaspoon salt
Pinch of dry mustard (use your judgement)
Pinch of red pepper (use your judgement)
1 6 ounce can mushroom pieces
1 1 pound can artichoke bottoms (drained)

Sauce:
˝ cup sour cream
˝ cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°

Cook spinach, drain and mash.

Sauté crowns in butter, then remove and set aside.

Add flour to butter and cook until bubbly.

Add milk, stir until smooth.

Add seasoning, mushroom pieces and spinach.

Put artichokes (cut-up) on bottom of your casserole dish.

Pour spinach mixture.

Add the sauce over spinach.

Arrange crowns and heat uncovered about 30 minutes.
