1.5-2 lbs of ground beef/chuck
1 onion
taco seasoning
Can of Mexi Corn
Can of whole kernal Corn
Can of Rotel
Can of diced tomatoes
2 Cans of Chicken Broth
Pinch of Chili powder
(optional beans)
Ranch seasoning
Toppings: Tortilla chips, Cheddar cheese and sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot add the broth, corn and tomatoes and heat on medium heat. Brown the beef and drain. Add onion and taco seasoning. After onions have cooked add to the big pot. Let it cook together 15 minutes or until bubbly. Before you serve add the Ranch seasoning. Serve with Tortilla chips and top with Cheddar cheese and sour cream.
