1 package (16.9 oz) cinnamon-swirl quick-bread/coffeecake mix
3/4 c. water
4 egg whites or 1/2 cup cholesterol-free egg substitute
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. finely chopped apples
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Spray 9x13" baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside.

Combine quick bread mix, water, egg whites and vanilla in medium bowl; beat 50 strokes or until well blended. Spoon batter into prepared baking pan. Smooth evenly with back of spoon.

Sprinkle apples and pecans evenly over batter. Sprinkle packet of cinnamon topping evenly over all. Bake 22 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Remove cake; cool 15 minutes. Serve warm or at room temperature.
