1 c. steel cut oats
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. milk
2 c. water
1 c. blueberries (fresh or frozen)
1/4 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. cnnamon

Place a slow cooker liner in your slow cooker

Rub coconut oil on slow cooker liner or mist with cooking spray to prevent sticking and burning.

Add steel cut oats, sugar, vanilla, milk, water, and blueberries. Gently stir ingredients.

Cook for 8 to 10 hours on low.

Your oatmeal will look separated after cooking; that is completely normal! Simply give it a good stir to combine all of your ingredients.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon together. Sprinkle on top of each serving.
