1 1/2-2lbs ground beef/chuck
taco seasoning
can of diced tomatoes
can of Campbell's Cheddar cheese soup
1/2 can of milk (for the cheddar cheese soup)
1 onion
2- 5oz packs of Mahatma yellow rice (or whatever brand yellow rice)
2 T butter
corn chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and drain grease. Add taco seasoning, onion and can of tomatoes. While the beef mixture is simmering, Pour cheddar cheese soup and 1/2 can of milk in sauce pan and cook until soup is creamy. Cook the rice as directed. After everything is ready pour the yellow rice into a 13x9 pan and pack down. Add the ground beef mixture until all rice is covered. Add cheddar cheese soup to the to and serve with corn chips.
