1 tsp cumin seeds
1/4 cup canola oil
1/4 cup vinegar
1/2 golden raisins
1/4 cup firmly packed cilantro leaves/tender stems
3 pieces fresh ginger (quarter size unpeeled)
1 fresh green serrano, stem discarded

Directions:
Directions:
Toast the cumin seed in a hot dry skillet (med high) for about 30 secs to 1 minute. They will pop and smell nutty. Immediately transfer to blender so they don't burn. Pour everything into blender and puree until smooth.
