3 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
5 oz. can evaporated milk
12 oz bag of semi-sweet chocolate chips
7 oz. jar of marshmallow cream
1 c. of your favorite nuts (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Line a 9x9 pan with foil. Bring sugar, butter and evaporated milk to a full rolling boil in a large saucepan on medium heat stirring constantly. Cook 4 minutes or until candy thermometer reads 234º stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add chocolate and marshmallow cream, stir until melted. Add nuts and vanilla. Pour into prepared pan and cool completely.
