3-4 lb. chick roast
2 envelopes Italian dressing seasoning
16 oz. jar banana peppers with juice
1 small can of beef broth
16 slices provolone cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast, Italian seasoning and peppers with juice in a slow cooker.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high 4 hours.
Shred meat and place on rolls. Top with cheese and pepper, if desired
