1 unsliced baguette
3/4 cup butter
1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/ 12 tsp. chopped chives

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 325º

Freeze bread.

Cream together the butter, cheese and chives.
When ready for toast, remove bread from freezer and let stand at room temperature 15 minutes.
Slice bread as thin as possible.
Spread with butter mixture.
Place on baking sheet and bake 8 to 10 minutes.
Cool and store in moisture proof container.
Reheat at 300º if necessary
