2C flour
2C sugar
1 1/2 Tsp soda
2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp salt
2 Tsp Cinnamon
3/4 C Cooking oil
2 C Grated Carrots
1 C Drained, crushed Pineapple
1/2 C chopped nuts
4 Eggs

Topping
3oz cream cheese
1/4 C butter
1/2 powdered sugar
1Tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350F

mix dry ingredients together. Add slightly beaten eggs and oil. Beat well. Add grated carrots, pineapple and nuts. Fold all together.

Grease and flour 9x13x2 pan. pour mix in pan
Bake for 1 hr.

For Topping
Soften Cheese and butter. Beat in powdered sugar with vanilla. Spread on cooled cake.
