2 packages (10 ounces each) frozen chopped spinach. (let it thaw, and retain the liquid)
¼ cup (½ stick) butter
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons chopped onion
½ cup evaporated milk
½ cup spinach liquid
¾ teaspoon garlic salt
¾ teaspoon celery salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 roll (6 ounces) jalapeno cheese cut into pieces
¼ cup bread crumbs
1 teaspoon salt (do not put if you boiled spinach with salt)

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º

Place thawed spinach in strainer and press with spoon to remove liquid.

Reserve ½ cup liquid melt butter.

Blend in flour.

Add onion and milk and cook until thick and smooth.

Remove from heat and add seasonings and cheese. Stir until melted.

Combine with spinach and pour into greased 1½ quart casserole.

Sprinkle with crumbs and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
