4-5 med potatos cut into chunks and boiled. (small red recommended)
1/2 - 3/4 grated cheddar cheese
3/4 carton of sour cream
1/4 cup melted butter
2-3 sliced green onions

Preheat oven to 350
put potatoes in 8x8 baking dish
pour melted butter over them
add onions, sour cream, cheese salt and pepper.
mix lightly and bake about 20min
