1 med sized chuck steak or
1 pkg stew meat or
leftover pot roast cut into chunks
1 onion sliced
1 can mushrooms
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup red or white wine
salt and pepper to taste

parsley
butter
egg noodles
sour cream

Directions:

mix first six ingredients in crock pot

cook 8hrs on low

serve over parsley buttered noodles

top with dollop of sour cream
