Crawfish Pasta Recipe

1 stick butter
1 bunch green onions
1 pound crawfish tails
1 pound Velveeta Cheese
1 pint half and half
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
1 pound Bowtie (or your favorite) pasta
Tony Chachere’s seasoning (to taste)
Worcestershire sauce
Tabasco Sauce to taste
Parmesan Cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped

Preheat oven to 350º

Sauté green onion in butter till limp.

Add Cream of Mushroom soup and stir till hot.

Add Velveeta Cheese and stir till melted.

Add half and half and stir till hot and well mixed in medium heat so cheese does not stick.

Add Worcestershire, Tabasco, Tony’s and crawfish and heat for 5 minutes or so. Add cooked pasta and mix well.

Pour into casserole and sprinkle parmesan cheese and parsley on top and bake till hot (about 20-30 minutes.)
