1¼ cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon
5 medium apples
½ cup vegetable oil
¼ cup honey
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 eggs
Pecans
Raisins

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F.

Generously grease and flour a twelve cup fluted tube pan.

In a large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, 1¼ cups sugar. 1 teaspoon baking soda, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 5 medium apples, peeled, cored and sliced, ½ cup vegetable oil ¼ cup honey,
1 teaspoon vanilla and 2 eggs.

Beat 3 minutes at medium speed or until ingredients are thoroughly mixed. Stir in pecans and raisins.

Pour into prepared tube pan. Bake 50 to 60 minutes until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Cool in pan, invert onto a cake dish and slice.

If desired, top individual slices with freshly whipped cream and garnish with apple slices.
