2 cans artichokes, rinsed and drained
1 cup Parmesan cheese
1 cup light mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon lemon juice
pinch of salt
pinch of black pepper
Tabasco sauce, to taste
paprika, if desired to garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray an 8” x 8” glass pan with non-stick spray. Coarsely chop one can of artichokes and set aside.

Place remaining ingredients in a glass bowl with high sides and blend all with a hand blender. Adjust lemon juice and hot sauce to your taste. Mix in chopped artichokes. Spoon mixture into pan. Sprinkle with paprika, if desired.

Bake for 30 minutes or until hot.
