5 lbs potatoes
8 ounces cream cheese
3 Tablespoons butter
1 cup sour cream
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes, drain them well, then mash. Add all ingredients except cheese and mash together well. Put in greased casserole dish and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in 350 degree oven for 60 minutes.
