6oz chocolate chips
2 TBSP butter
1 egg, unbeaten
1 tsp vanilla
1 c sifted powdered sugar
1 large bag mini colored marshmallows
Directions:
Directions:
Melt chocolate chips and butter in a double boiler. Add 1 unbeaten egg and vanilla and beat well. Beat in powdered sugar then mix in marshmallows. Make 2 long rolls. Optional: Roll in coconut. Keep chilled.
