1/2 pkg yeast (1tsp)
1/2 c warm water
10 c flour
1 c sugar
1 TBSP salt
1 c dry powdered milk
2 eggs

Directions:
Directions:
Begin at 4-5pm... Dissolve yeast in warm water and set aside. Mix together 4 c flour, sugar, salt and powdered milk. Add eggs together and beat with a mixer. Beat for awhile. Add enough additional flour to make a good stiff batter. Knead in rest of flour. Cover with plastic wrap and knead down every hour until 10pm. Make into buns or favorite sweet rolls, cinnamon etc. Cover with plastic and a towel. Let set on counter all night. Bake at 350 in the morning for 15-20 minutes
