1 uncooked pie crust
12 slices of bacon (about 1/2 lb), fried crispy and crumbled
1 c shredded swiss cheese
1/3 c minced onion
4 eggs
2 c light cream or whipping cream
3/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp sugar
1/8 tsp cayenne red pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 425. Sprinkle bacon, cheese and onion over bottom of pie crust. Beat together rest of ingredients and pour into pie pan. Bake 15 minutes. Reduce oven temp to 300. Bake 30 minutes longer or until knife inserted come out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before cutting. Serve in wedges.
