1 lb strawberries, hulled and sliced
1 c sugar
2 TBSP lemon juice
1 c vanilla low-fat yogurt
1 c fat free half & half

Directions:
Directions:
Combine strawberries, sugar, lemon juice and salt in a medium bowl. Mash with a potato masher, crush well. Let stand, stirring occasionally, about 30 minutes.
In a separate large bowl, whisk together yogurt and half & half until smooth. Stir into strawberry mixture. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled, about 2 hours.
Pour strawberry mixture into ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturers instructions. Transfer to freezer container and freeze until firm, at least 2 hours.
