1 sheet refrigerated pie pastry
8 oz. German sweet chocolate, melted
2 packages (8 oz. each) reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
1 3/4 cup confectioners’ sugar
3 tablespoons heavy whipping cream
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
1/2 cup red currant jelly, melted
Fresh mint leaves (optional)

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Press pastry into an ungreased fluted tart pan. Prick the dough with a fork in several places. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, until golden brown. Cool on a wire rack.

Melt chocolate in microwave until it is smooth, about 2 minutes. Smooth the chocolate on the pie crust. Cover and refrigerate for 10 minutes, until set.

Mix cream cheese, whipping cream and vanilla extract until smooth. Add confectioners sugar until blended and pour into the pie shell. Arrange strawberries over filling. Microwave jelly for 30 seconds and brush on top.

Cover tart with foil and freeze for 30 minutes. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours. Remove the sides of the pan and serve. If desired, garnish with fresh mint leaves.
