3/4 cup sugar
4 eggs
1/2 cup butter melted
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 cup lemon juice
1/2 cup grated lemon zest (from 2 lemons)
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together the above ingredients. Pour into an ungreased 10 inch pie shell. Bake for at 350 degrees F for 50 minutes. The pie should look set and golden brown around the edges. Take out of the oven and let cool for at least 1 hour to allow the custard to set through out. May serve with whip cream or ice cream.
