4 lamb loin chops
4 gloves garlic, pressed
1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, snipped into small pieces
Fresh ground pepper, to taste
Garlic salt, to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Place olive oil in a bowl and add the rosemary and garlic. Whisk until blended.

Salt and pepper the lamb chops on both sides. Coat the chops with the olive oil mixture. Let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.

Preheat grill. Cook chops over medium-high heat for 3 to 4 minutes on each side for medium-rare. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
