2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 eggs
1 T. vanilla
1 20-oz. can crushed pineapple, undrained
1 cup chopped nuts

Frosting
1 stick butter
1 8-oz cream cheese
1 1/2 cups powdered sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:

Cake:
Mix sugar and eggs until creamy. Add all other ingredients and mix well.
Pour into 9 X 13 baking pan. Bake 25 minutes at 350º or until toothpick comes out clean.

Frosting:
Mix together. Heat until smooth. Pour over warm cake.
Refrigerate.
