Salmon fillets
Honey Mustard
Crackers (any kind, saltines or Ritz are good)
Chopped Pecans
Olive Oil or Melted Butter (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut Salmon fillets into individual servings. Spread with honey mustard to cover. Cover with crushed crackers. Top with chopped pecans. If using, drizzle lightly with melted butter or olive oil.

Bake at 400º until done (about 20 minutes, longer if your fish was frozen)

TIP: This recipe is excellent to make ahead. Wrap 1 to 3 servings in a single layer on aluminum foil, wrap to make a packet. Freeze. Pull out of the freezer and cook as above, allowing about 20 extra minutes.
We made this for Mom to leave in her freezer for quick dinners.
