1/4 cup seedless raspberry jam
1 prepared shortbread crust
1/2 pint raspberries (divided)
4-oz. cream cheese (softened)
1 can (12oz.) carnation milk
2 (3.4 oz.) packages lemon instant pudding and pie filling
1 T. grated lemon peel
1 carton whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Spread a thin layer of raspberry jam on crust, then put 1/2 of raspberries over jam.

Beat cream cheese with mixer until creamy. Gradually add evaporated milk, pudding mix and lemon peel. Beat 2 minutes on medium speed until blended; gently stir in half of whipped topping. Spoon into crust over raspberries. Top with remaining whipped topping. Garnish each slice with remaining raspberries.
