1 pkg yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (1/2) cup softened
2 eggs

FROSTING
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 8 oz. pkg cream cheese
1/2 tsp vanilla

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 º
Grease and flour 9x13 pan or use baking spray

Mix batter well and pat into bottom of baking pan
Bake for about 40 minutes
