1 - 15 oz can pumpkin puree
4 eggs
1 c vegetable oil
2/3 c water
3 c white sugar
3 1/2 c flour
2 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/4 tsp ground ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease and flour three 7x3" loaf pans. In a large bowl mix together pumpkin puree, eggs, oil, water and sugar until well combined. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves and ginger. Stir the dry ingredients into pumpkin mixture until just blended. Bake for about 50 minutes. Loaves are done with toothpick comes out clean.
