8 oz. linguine, uncooked
1 small onion, thinly sliced
1 Tbsp chopped fresh parsley
3/4 c Italian dressing divided
2 c.sliced fresh mushrooms
1 can artichoke hearts, drained
1 lb. uncooked shrimp
1/4 c. parmesan cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta, then heat 1/2 dressing in large skillet, stir in mushrooms, onions, artichokes, cook 3 min, until onions are crisp tender, stirring occasionally. Add shrimp and parsley, stir, cook 2 min. or until shrimp are
pink and veggies are tender. Drain pasta add to shrimp mix add remaining dressing. Top with cheese.
