2 loaves French baguettes
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated parmesan cheese
1 (14oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 (4oz) can of green chilies drained
2 cloves of garlic, minced
Garnishes: fresh chopped tomato, onions, peppers or garnish with fresh salsa

Slice each baguette into 32 slices. place on a aluminum foil lined baking sheet.
Bake at 400 for 5 minutes.
Combine mayo, cheese, chilies, garlic, artichoke hearts.
Spread mixture on baguettes. (May not have enough mixture for all of slices of bread).
Bake at 400 for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.
Garnish and serve immediately.
