2 cups chicken broth
3 frozen chicken breasts
1/2 onion chopped
2 cans diced green chillies

1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Put all this in a crock pot on high for 3-5 hours. Remove chicken, cut into chunks and return to crock pot. Add 1 block of cream cheese that has been cut into chunks and stir until dissolved. Then add 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese. Turn crock pot down to low until ready to serve. Add fritos and more cheese as topping.

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
I played around with the spices because I am not a big fan of cumin so I reduced that a little and used a little more cayenne pepper. Also, I used the shredded cheese as a topping instead of putting in the whole pot. Tim Richardson.
