Ingredients: 2 cups chicken broth 3 frozen chicken breasts 1/2 onion chopped 2 cans diced green chillies 2 cans great northern beans 1 tsp. cumin 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 1 cup sour cream 1 cup shredded colby jack cheese

Directions: |
Directions:Put all this in a crock pot on high for 3-5 hours. Remove chicken, cut into chunks and return to crock pot. Add 1 block of cream cheese that has been cut into chunks and stir until dissolved. Then add 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup shredded Colby jack cheese. Turn crock pot down to low until ready to serve. Add fritos and more cheese as topping. |

Notes: I played around with the spices because I am not a big fan of cumin so I reduced that a little and used a little more cayenne pepper. Also, I used the shredded cheese as a topping instead of putting in the whole pot. Tim Richardson.
