1 pkg. 6 oz. Chinese noodles 1C salted peanuts
3 C donut shaped oat cereal 1/2C butter or margarine
2 C bite size squares of rice cereal Seasoning (see below)

For milder version, use 1 1/2 tsp onion powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 T A-1 steak sauce. For a spicier version use 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp powdered ginger and 1 tsp salt.

In large bowl mix noodles, cereal and peanuts. In large deep skillet or dutch oven, melt butter and stir in seasoning. Add noodle mixture to seasoned butter, and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is crisp and lightly browned, 15 to 20 minutes. Cool and store in an airtight container in a cool place. Makes 9 cups.
