2 tsp coriander
11/2 tsp cumin
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ground ginger
3/4 tsp yellow mustard powder
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp fenugreek
1/2 tsp cardamom
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Ensure all ingredients are well ground. Mix together. Store in a lidded container. Much better than the store bought ones and a lot fresher.
