300gm plain biscuits, crushed
125gm butter melted
150gm white chocolate
60ml milk
1 tbsp powdered gelatine
500gm softened cream cheese
1 can condensed milk (400gm)
300ml cream
3/4 cup passionfruit
125gm sugar

Grease and line with baking paper a 23cm spring form cake pan. Combine the crushed biscuits with the melted butter and press into the base of the cake pan. Pop into the fridge for half an hour. Meanwhile melt the chocolate stirring until smooth. Let cool.
Heat milk in a saucepan over medium heat then add the gelatine and mix until dissolved. Stir together the cream cheese, condensed milk and milk mixture until smooth. Add chocolate and stir to combine. Whisk cream until soft peaks form, fold this into the chocolate mixture. Pour over the biscuit base and chill for at least six hours or overnight.
To make the passionfruit sauce mix the sugar with 100ml water and heat until sugar is dissolved, then add the passionfruit. Increase the heat and cook for a few minutes, then allow to cool. Chill until required. Serve with sauce poured over
