2 packages broccoli florets, cooked and drained
4 Tbsp margarine
4 Tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
2 cups milk
2 cups grated Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup Ritz crackers crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Cook broccoli in salted water until almost tender, drain. In a separate pot, melt butter, stir in flour and salt until smooth. Add milk gradually, stir until thickened. Add cheese. Cover, remove from heat and let stand until cheese melts, stir to mix. Place broccoli in a 1 1/2 quart baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over broccoli. Coercion with Cracker crumbs. Bake at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
