Meatloaf Recipe

1 1/2 lbs ground beef
3/4 c Quaker quick oatmeal
3/4 c TruMoo milk
1 egg
1/2 c onion finely chopped
1 1/4 tsp salt
1/4 black pepper
1/3 c ketchup
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp mustard

Preheat oven to 350
Combine ground beef, oatmeal,milk, egg, onion, salt and pepper. Mix together with hands
Press mixture into large loaf pan evenly
Mix ketchup, brown sugar and mustard and pour over meatloaf
Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes
Remove from oven and drain excess grease
Let stand 5 minutes before serving
