5 lb bag potatoes
6 eggs, hard boiled
celery
green peppers
onions (purple)
mayonnaise
parsley flakes
paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Mix celery, peppers, eggs and onions together. Mix 1/4 of potatoes together with above. Add mayonnaise to taste. Season with salt, parsley flakes and paprika.
