16 oz pasta
16 oz Velveeta, cut into small squares
3/4 cup milk
1/2 stick butter
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
pinch of white pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Cook pasta per package directions. Drain and return to saucepan.
In microwave-safe glass bowl, mix cheese, milk, and butter. Melt in microwave by heating for 2 minutes, stir; repeat until melted. Stir until smooth. Add salt and peppers. Pour over pasta and mix well.
You can spice this up with jalapenos or bacon or whatever sounds good to you.
